I specialise in copywriting, reporting, communications, and corporate tone of voice work.
I’ve written the CR reports for Allied Domecq (their first in 2004 and an award-winning one in 2005), Shire plc (2005 and 2006), E.ON.UK (2005 and 2006), Sky (2005), Barclays (2005 and 2006), Coca-Cola UK (2006) and a CR booklet for Mitie (2006). I worked on the annual reviews for Sky (2006), Shire (2005 and 2006) and Barclays (2005 and 2006). I have also written press releases, presentations, websites, speeches, internal communications, and brand and marketing material, some of which has also won awards. I wrote a brand handbook for Zurich, and one for Allied Domecq, along with more recent brand copy for Grey Goose vodka and Bacardi, an employee booklet for Beam Global Spirits and Wine, and websites for www.bostockandpollitt.com and www.thehideawaysclub.com. I developed a new corporate tone of voice and an extensive writing and tone of voice guide for GlaxoSmithKline. Other tone of voice work has included Acas, Zurich, the architecture firm Aedas, and Getsafeonline. My other clients have included British Gas, the DTI, Anglo-American, Christie’s, BAT, the BBC, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Orange. I write occasional pieces for British Airways' Business Life in-flight magazine, including one on corporate colours that was voted the most memorable piece to have appeared in the magazine in recent years. |
